Many people think that e-cigarettes are the best one and less harmful when you compare it with some other tobacco things. it is a myth and people who cannot quit smoking would search for another option which is not at all a healthy one. Many researchers and food experts have proved that there are not enough things to prove that these e-cigarettes are just harmful and also no physician would recommend this to their patients who are there to stop smoking. You should not take another one to quit smoking. If you have that intention then you should completely avoid it. Using these e-cigarettes to quit smoking and all just an eye shadow. It is not considered to be true. It is proven that in US 5 million students of high school have the habit of using e-cigarettes and also for the last 30 days 11% of middle school students have used it. 28% of high school students are also using this.
These are the data that make us worry. All of them know that it is harmful and it makes you die at the young age itself. You can save you only when you are not addicted to these things. once you addicted and coming back to the normal state is a very bad thing.
